Wu Yi Tea Verses Green Tea

In sort, no, wu yi tea is not the same thing as green tea. There is a big difference between the two, which I will explain below.
When looking at the two teas, Wu Yi Tea has a much better weight loss effect. It’s the winner in this case. It has a stronger concentration of polyphenols and antioxidants, so you’ll lose more weight and have a faster metabolism if you drink wu yi tea and not green tea.
This was proven in a study in Japan. In it, there were three groups of 120 women. One group drank water regularly, one drank green tea, and one group drank wu yi tea. At the end of a six week period, those who drank green tea lost more weight than those who drank water, and those who drank wu yi tea lost much more weight than those who drank green tea.
This case study is a clear example proving that wu yi tea is more effective at making you lose weight than green tea is.
