Wu Yi tea, also called Wu-long or oolong, is a partially fermented tea that is somewhere between the green and black tea families. The tea is partially oxidized in the sun, where it’s dried. Wu Long tea is grown in in the southern regions on China, specifically in Taiwan and the Fujian province. The rumors existed of the teas ability, but it hadn’t been proven until then.
