Mos tea comes from the same type of plant, the Camellia Sinensis. The process that produces a tea’s great taste is the fermentation process. Wu Yi tea, also called Wu-long or oolong, is a partially fermented tea that is somewhere between the green and black tea families. The tea is partially oxidized in the sun, where it’s dried. This gives it more mass than green tea but less than black tea. Wuyi tea has the largest amount of polyphenols of any tea because of how it’s fermented.

Wu Long tea is grown in in the southern regions on China, specifically in Taiwan and the Fujian province.
